Price is per person, per night, based on double occupancy and is subject to tax (13% HST and 4% MAT). 100% prepaid booking; Modifications and cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival; Cancellation requests made a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival will receive the full value of the cancelled stay on a gift card for use towards a future stay with Brookstreet. All other cancellations are considered non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival date will result in a penalty of the full cost of the booking.
