Tips

  • Avoid eating full meals or drinking alcohol for at least one hour before your treatment
  • Drink plenty of water before, during and after treatment
  • Please inform us if you have a history of high blood pressure, heart condition, cancer, diabetes or circulation problems. Certain treatments can be altered to accommodate health conditions
  • Avoid shaving for 24 hours prior to some skin treatments, which may otherwise cause irritation
  • Avoid prolonged sun exposure prior to any treatment
  • Ensure each sauna session does not exceed 10 minutes
  • Rest and avoid any vigorous activity for at least one hour following all heat treatments
How do I make reservations?

There are several ways to make a reservation for Spa Services: online booking, or contact us at [email protected], or call us at 613.271.3393. Our Spa Welcome Partner will be happy to advise you on the therapies and services that best meet your needs. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your experience. We will request a credit card number at time of reservation to guarantee your appointment. You will only be charged following your treatment and may choose a different method at that time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We respectfully request that you provide 24 hours notice when canceling your appointment in order to avoid cancellation fees. Group bookings (5 or more people) require 48 hours notice.

Are taxes and gratuities included in the pricing?

Services and prices are subject to change without notice. À la carte services do not include taxes and gratuities; gratuities are at your discretion.

Do you accept WaySpa certificates?

No, WaySpa gift certificates, cards or vouchers are not accepted at Au Naturel Spa.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

We recommend that our guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This will ensure that adequate time is given for any preparation that is required. If you arrive late, be advised that your treatment will end at its scheduled time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed or inconvenienced.

If I am pregnant, can I still enjoy a spa experience?

Absolutely! It is the perfect opportunity to relax. In fact, many therapists have been trained in pre-natal therapies. During your pregnancy, we suggest you avoid certain therapies, such as those performed with heat. However, we urge you to indulge in our massage, facial, reflexology and esthetic services.

Do I have to disrobe entirely for my treatment?

Undergarments are not necessary, and disposable panties are available. However, please keep in mind that our therapists act with the utmost discretion; they will respect your privacy at all times by draping towels or sheets over any areas of your body not involved in the treatment.

Do you provide medical receipts for treatments?

Medical receipts will be issued on request for treatments provided by Registered Massage Therapists.

Do you provide robe and slippers?

Upon arriving at Au Naturel, you’ll be provided with a robe and slippers are available to purchase for $2. Our comfortable locker room facilities will be available for you to change in and you may leave your belongings in our secure digital lockers. For your comfort, undergarments can be worn during treatments, and/or disposable undergarments for certain treatments. Our therapists are fully trained in proper draping procedures to ensure your privacy and comfort. Please do not bring jewellery or other valuables to the spa. Kindly note that minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Is cell phone usage permitted?

We kindly request that you respect other guests by using quiet conversation and refrain from using cell phones while enjoying our spa services.

Is the Spa licensed? Can I order food?

Au Naturel is pleased to offer a fully-licensed spa that includes a wide selection of wines and spirits. Our spa dining menu offers a variety of healthy and delicious selections from our Perspectives Restaurant.

Are gift cards available?

We would be delighted to assist you in selecting the perfect, personalized gift. Choose from spa packages/experiences or a dollar amount. Both are available for purchase in the spa or online.

Do you offer corporate or group packages?

Give the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation. We would be pleased to incorporate wellness into your next special event.
