The more you can tell us, the more useful our first reply is. If you do not know some of it yet, leave it blank — nobody has all of this figured out at the enquiry stage.
Your names, your email, your wedding date or approximate month, and your estimated guest count are the ones we cannot quote without. Everything else — ceremony with us or not, indoors or out, the venues you are considering, a rehearsal dinner or brunch, a room block — helps, and can wait.
Book a Property Tour
See all seven spaces in one visit — the Newbridge, Grand Scheme and Celtic ballrooms, the Outdoor Pavilion, and the Garden Terrace, Ironstone Grill and outdoor ceremony site at The Marshes Golf Club. Tours run by appointment and take about an hour.
Come with your guest count and your date, even if both are still soft. Most couples arrive with a favourite and leave having changed their mind about at least one thing.

What Happens Next
1 · We reply. Availability for your date, the rooms that suit your numbers, and the food and beverage minimum for each — plainly, before you have to ask.
2 · You visit. An hour on the property, all seven spaces, no obligation.
3 · You choose. Your date is held with a signed agreement and a deposit.
4 · We plan. Your Wedding Event Manager takes it from there, from the first menu conversation to the final details meeting 30 days out.
5 · You get married. And on the day, you get to be a guest at your own wedding.
