CAN I PICK UP MY TURKEY ANY OTHER DAY?
Unfortunately not, our Takeaway Turkeys are only available for pick up on Sunday, October 7.
CAN YOU CATER FOR ANY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to cater to dietary restrictions. However, here are the answers to our most commonly asked questions regarding dietary restrictions:
- Gluten is used in the Turkey Giblet Gravy, Cranberry Compote and Thyme & Confit Garlic Bread Stuffing, all other items in the Takeaway Turkey Dinner are gluten free.
- Dairy is used to prepare the Rustic New Potato Mash, all other items in the Takeaway Turkey Dinner are dairy free.
- Nuts - While there are no nuts or nut products used in the Takeaway Turkey Dinners, the meal is prepared in a kitchen that uses nuts, thus we cannot guarantee cross contamination.
DOES IT COME HOT. WILL I HAVE TO HEAT IT UP?
Takeaway Turkey dinners are fully cooked and warm upon pick up. All you have to do is heat it up in the oven when you get home! Heating instructions are included when you pick it up (roughly takes 25 mins).
WHAT DO THE MEALS COME IN?
Each dish comes in a sealed oven proof foil container ready for the oven. Cranberry Compote and Turkey Giblet Gravy come in a glass jar.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TURKEY?
You will be able to pick your order up from the B Café inside Brookstreet. Please park just outside the B Café entrance, you will see it when you drive into the hotel just past the main entrance (there is a Hertz sign above it). We will have staff there to help you back to your car with your order.

CAN I HAVE MY TURKEY CARVED?
We are unable to carve your turkey.
WHEN IS THE LAST DATE I CAN ORDER MY TURKEY?
Orders must be placed by noon on Tuesday October 2, 2018. However, we have maximum number of Turkeys we can sell out before this date. Therefore we recommend that you place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
