Brookstreet has implemented a program to
offer extraordinary comfort for its valued guests.
A number of guestrooms have been overhauled to
conform to strict hypoallergenic guidelines to qualify
for the new “Breathe Easy” program.
Bedding: hypoallergenic polyester cluster fibre pillows and
cotton blankets.
Allergen Protectors: hospital grade allergen protectors
are used for pillows and mattresses.
Air purifier: the IQAir® HealthPro Plus Air Purifier combines four advanced fi ltration technologies to effectively
remove a large variety of particulate and molecular air
pollutants.
• Micro-particle filtration: eliminates micro-particles such as pollen, pet dander and mold spores.
• Granular activated carbon adsorption: eliminates volatile organic compounds (VOC), which are responsible for odors.
• Pelletized chemisorption: destroys harmful chemicals,
such as formaldehyde, by an oxidation process inside a chemically active alumina pellet.
• HyperHEPA® fi ltration: eliminates bacteria, viruses and combustion particles from automobiles and smoke, through a
nano-fiber structure.
Room Amenities: enjoy amenities from the Zero Percent™
Collection, featuring Gilchrist & Soames’ proprietary
Naturally Kind™ Formulations. These amenities contain no
sulfates (SLS/SLES), DMDM hydantoin, parabens, phthalates,
petrol-derived ingredients, mineral oil, urea, DEA, TEA or
propylene glycol. They feature food-grade, naturally derived USP glycerin; natural conditioning agents from the honey and Brassica plant; and soybean and cottonseed oil.
Cleaning: only100% green cleaning products are used in your Breathe Easy room and a designated vacuum with a Hepa Filter is used on this floor.
Floor: your Breathe Easy room is located on a non-smoking, no pet floor. All nut products have been removed from the in-room snack offerings on the entire floor.
