Perspectives offers a variety of unique culinary experiences: blind tasting menu, private dining, Chef's Table, Food & Wine Raves and Kids' Raves.
Big Wine Small Plates
Experience this unique event at Options Jazz Lounge. The format is reception style with guests mingling and sampling small plates from our culinary team that are matched with wine samples chosen by our Sommelier. From 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm, followed by live jazz.

Food & Wine Raves
Unleash your inner chef with Brookstreet’s Food & Wine Rave -- Ottawa's ultimate culinary experience! The Food & Wine Rave brings you behind the scenes and into Brookstreet's kitchen, where you'll feel the heat and help prepare a five-course gourmet dinner. Blind Tasting Menu
Let Chef Lyness take control of your senses! Chef Lyness follows his inspiration and creates a six-course blind tasting menu. Each course will be a surprise until it arrives at your table! Served Friday and Saturday nights - some restrictions may apply, please inquire at 613.271.1800

Chef's Table
As seen in Ottawa Magazine's September 2008 issue! A true gourmet adventure awaits you in Brookstreet's state-of-the-art kitchen, as you entrust your tastebuds to Chef Lyness' culinary prowess. An entertaining host, he'll delight you with a unique surprise menu, but be warned, this interactive experience is not for picky eaters! For the Chef's Table, the menu is entirely in Chef's hands.
The Chef's Table can accommodate 4 to 24 people.

Kids' Raves
Celebrate your son or daughter's birthday with a unique, fun and educational experience -- let the kids party in Brookstreet's kitchen! We turn on some music, and then, with the guidance of our professional four-diamond chefs, we help the kids prepare a gourmet birthday meal. Once they've plated the dishes, they'll enjoy their creations in our Perspectives Restaurant, each course paired with their favourite pop. ...In the end, we do the dishes, so mom and dad can enjoy the event as much as the kids and without the clean up!
Brookstreet's Kids' Raves are for boys and girls aged 9 to 14 years celebrating their birthdays or another special event. Kids' Raves are held on Saturdays from 2 - 4 pm for $50 per child (+ taxes and gratuities) with a minimum of 18, maximum of 25 children.
