Brookstreet's 6th Annual Lumière Gala in support of

Hosted by Brookstreet on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, the Lumière Gala kicks off the Canadian PGA Seniors’ Championship, a three-day, 54-hole individual stroke play competition open to Canadian PGA Professionals age fifty and over, preceded by the Canadian PGA Seniors’ Pro-Am Invitational.

In addition to live music, silent and live auctions featuring Mike Weir wines and memorabilia (including his signed golf bag from the 2007 President’s Cup where he beat Tiger Woods), award-winning Executive Chef Michael Blackie will prepare a sumptuous “Savour Ottawa” menu highlighting top-quality ingredients from the National Capital Region. The evening will end with a spectacular fireworks show.

The Mike Weir Foundation is dedicated to advancing the physical, emotional and educational welfare of children. In spring 2005, the Mike Weir Foundation took the first step by establishing the Mike Weir Miracle Golf Drive for Kids.
