Locker rentals can be added to any of the above memberships for a monthly fee of $25.
*Enrolment fee is a one time fee per person and is non-refundable. HST not included.

All memberships include:
- Daily locker, shower and towel service
- Access to both indoor and outdoor saltwater pools
- Dry sauna and whirlpool in both men's and
women's change rooms
Guest Fees
Members are invited to bring guests to Flex Fitness Studio. Guests are required to show personal identification and sign in at the front desk of the gym; a $10* guest fee applies. Please note that each guest is subject to a two-visit limit.
Drop-in Fees
See what Flex Fitness Studio is all about! Drop-in the gym for $15* per visit includes access to indoor and outdoor saltwater swimming pools, whirlpools and
dry saunas.
