Is there a parking available at Brookstreet?
Parking at Brookstreet is in our secure, climate controlled underground garage, which is located to the right of the hotel entrance.
The first three hours are complimentary. After three hours it is billed at a rate of $2.50 plus taxes per hour to a maximum of $9.95 plus taxes per day. Overnight parking for hotel guests is available at the rate of $9.95 per night plus taxes which includes in and out privileges.
Parking charges can be paid for at the Front Desk or by credit card at the yellow pay stop at the garage’s exit.
How can I access the internet?
High speed internet is available in your guestroom for $12.95 plus taxes per 24-hour period. For your convenience, a complimentary wireless connection is available in our Options Bar.
We also offer a Communications Package that includes high speed internet in your guest room, complimentary local calls and 100 minutes of long distance service at a preferred rate of $18.95 plus taxes per 24-hour period.
Local calls and credit card access calls are $1.00 plus taxes per call connected.
Can I bring my pet(s) to Brookstreet?
Brookstreet allows pets in the hotel. Upon check-in, we require a $250 refundable deposit and ask you to sign a pet policy waiver. A $25 per pet per night non-refundable fee is charged directly to your room.
Does Brookstreet provide options for guests who smoke?
Brookstreet has a floor of designated smoking rooms; our smoking rooms are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. We have a non-smoking policy in all other areas of the hotel including balconies and the hallways on the smoking room floor and charge a cleaning fee of $200 to any guest who smokes outside the designated smoking rooms.
What is Brookstreet’s cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made prior to 4 pm on the day of arrival in order to avoid paying a cancellation penalty fee equivalent to one night’s room charge plus tax (PST).
Packages including components in Au Naturel Spa, Perspectives Restaurant and/or the Marshes Golf Course must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation penalty fee.
What time can I check in and by what time do I have to check out?
Check-in time is 4 pm on your arrival day and check-out time is noon on your departure day. We do our best to accommodate any requests for early arrivals and late departures – please ask when making your reservation.
I’ll be arriving late, what should I do?
To hold to your room for a late arrival (after 4 pm), please provide a credit card to guarantee your reservation.
What happens if I have to leave early?
We confirm the length of your stay upon check-in. If you do have to check out early, we require 24 hours advance notice, otherwise we apply an early departure fee equivalent to one night’s room plus tax (PST).
How can I buy a gift certificate?
We sell gift certificates in any denomination or for specific packages. You can customize the gift certificate with a personal message. What can I do to relax and have fun at Brookstreet?
Brookstreet has a variety of activities to relax and renew: Au Naturel Spa with 12 treatment rooms, Flex Fitness Studio, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, steam rooms, whirlpools, The Marshes championship golf course and MarchWood executive short course.
When are the gym and the swimming pools open?
Flex Fitness Studio and the swimming pools are open 7 days per week and have the same opening hours. The outdoor pool is open seasonally.
